IMS POLICY

DESARROLLO MULTILATERAL S.L. has as its corporate purpose the design and provision of consultancy and training services in the identification, formulation, implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation of national and international technical assistance programmes and projects.

Our aim in implementing and maintaining an Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 is to deliver technical assistance services with guaranteed quality, ensuring continuous improvement, innovation and the development of new functionalities that enhance our products and services. In accordance with UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2015, our objective is to control our consumption and waste and to contribute effectively to mitigating environmental risks in the projects we implement. In line with UNE-EN-ISO 37001:2025, our objective is to uphold ethical conduct consistent with the organization’s culture in all activities, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders comply with it. This conduct goes beyond strict legal compliance, as it promotes zero tolerance for corruption in business, in the identification of conflicts of interest, and in commercial relations.

Moreover, this policy is aligned with our company’s Ethical Code and Code of Conduct.

DESARROLLO MULTILATERAL S.L. invites its staff to support and comply with the principles of this policy and to carry out their work in a way that enables the improvement objectives set by the IMS to be achieved.

Finally, DESARROLLO MULTILATERAL S.L. undertakes to communicate this policy and make it available to all interested parties, both internal and external.
